We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Yeah why not, you can do it
The first thing I ever did (when I had your dream) was draw a whole manga page by my favorite manga artist (this is called art-stealing so I never posted it anywhere, just for practice) & after that I got a hold of how to draw a manga page. Then try drawing different characters & poses, & you're done.
